Retail loyalty system

A store without a loyalty programme serves strangers every single day. Here a customer becomes a member just by giving a phone number: every purchase turns into data, and points and coupons bring people back.

Retail loyalty system

What it solves

No idea who the regulars are

At the till, saying a phone number is enough — no cards, no app. Within three months you can see who is worth keeping.

Promotions are guesswork

What sells together, which hours have the highest basket value — the system gives you the numbers, so promotions stop being a hunch.

Customers leave unnoticed

The system flags people who used to come regularly and have not been in for a month. A targeted coupon brings a share of them back.

Before and after

How it works today
  • You serve strangers every day and cannot tell who the regulars are
  • Promotions are guesswork: if it does not move, cut the price
  • A customer stops coming and nobody notices
  • Plenty of plastic cards were issued and almost nobody uses them
How it works with the system
Retail loyalty system — How it works with the system

  • What sells together and which hours have the bigger basket shows up in the numbers
  • The system flags people who came regularly and then disappeared
  • No card, no app: it takes a couple of seconds at the till

FAQ

Do we have to replace our till software?

Usually not. We try integration first so cashiers work exactly as before. We only suggest replacing the till when the existing system is completely closed to integration.

Is collecting customer phone numbers legal?

Yes, provided you obtain consent and state the purpose. The system records consent, which aligns with personal data requirements in Kazakhstan — have your lawyer confirm the exact wording.

How much does a system cost?

It depends on the feature set, how many locations you have and whether hardware integration is needed. Using a ready module costs significantly less than building from zero. We can give a range after the first conversation, and once the scope is agreed the price is fixed — we do not bill by the hour.

How soon can we start using it?

If the module is used largely as-is, 2–3 weeks. If it needs substantial adaptation to your process, usually 4–6 weeks. The timeline is stated in the proposal.

Where is the data stored? Can it be on our own server?

It can. By default the system runs on servers we maintain, which is simpler for you. If you have compliance or internal control requirements, we deploy entirely on your server or on a machine in your premises, and data never leaves your network.
