Furniture catalogue

HAVN

The whole site is one catalogue: the contents column tracks your scroll, and hovering a line floats up a preview of that piece.

Auto parts technical site

VEKTOR

Drawn to engineering conventions: a title block instead of a menu, a parts index on the left with the detail sheet on the right, test records stamped PASS.

A one-product theatre: the page runs down a single centre axis in five acts, and you pick a watch with a dial you actually turn — the hands follow.

Kraft newspaper typography: a masthead, a drop cap over three columns, a leader-dot price list by origin, and a roast curve that draws itself as you scroll.

VEIL

The site is a scent timeline: top, heart and base notes as three acts, with a glowing line that fills in section by section as you scroll.

System catalogue

Pick your industry — the system already exists

Each one is designed around how business actually runs here: local payments, local languages, local paperwork.

  • QR entry and turnstile integration

Guests scan, order and pay themselves while the order goes straight to the kitchen — fewer queues, fewer mistakes, lower staffing cost.

  • Kitchen printing and pickup display
  • Dine-in and takeaway in one system
  • Kaspi and other local payment methods
  • Sales analytics by dish and hour

Internet café management system

Session billing, client balances and seat status on a single screen at the front desk.

  • Floor map and session start
  • Stored balance and hour packages
  • Client registration by ID
  • Drinks and snacks sales

  • Points and tiered discounts
  • Coupons and birthday campaigns
  • Integrates with your existing till
  • Customer profiles and analytics

Own delivery platform

Your own ordering and delivery loop — the commission and the customer base stay with you, not the aggregator.

  • Online ordering for customers
  • Order intake and preparation

  • Purchasing and suppliers
  • Dispatch, transfers and returns
  • Low-stock alerts and reorder suggestions
  • Barcodes, batches, expiry dates
  • Multiple warehouses and stores

Booking and staff scheduling

For salons, clinics and workshops: clients pick their own slot, and the front desk stops living on the phone.

  • Staff rotas and resource booking
  • WhatsApp and SMS reminders
  • Check-in and client records
  • No-show and retention statistics

Auto service management system

One work order follows the car from drop-off to hand-over, so parts usage and mechanic bonuses stop being settled from memory.

  • Parts issued from stock in real time
  • Standard hours and mechanic bonus calculation
  • Service reminders by mileage or date

  • Availability chart with overbooking protection
  • Check-in and guest record keeping
  • Rates by date, season and weekend
  • Housekeeping and maintenance status
  • Occupancy and booking-source reports

Car wash management system

  • Washer bonuses and shift close-out
  • Revenue and vehicle-flow reports

Why us

Businesses grow with people who actually understand business

Not the ones who simply take an order and send a quote, but the ones who understand what the client needs, the rhythm of the market and the value of a long relationship — that is how one deal becomes a lasting business.

01

Business first, system second

We come and watch how the till runs, how shifts hand over, how paperwork moves — and only then decide what to build. Skip that step and you get software your staff will not use.

02

Not translated foreign software

Kazakh, Russian and English interface, local payment and settlement, the way accounting is actually done here — designed from scratch, not relabelled.

03

At your pace

If your process is different, the system changes to match it, not the other way around. Ready modules go live in 2–6 weeks: start working, then refine. New locations any time.

04

A partner, not a one-off deal

A local team speaking your language. Launch is only the start — adjustments, new locations, new hardware: we are still here.

How we work

From the first call to going live

You always know what happens next. Nobody signs a contract and disappears.

  1. 1

    Free consultation15 minutes

One call or meeting: your industry, how many locations, what you use today. If we are not a fit, we will say so.

  2. 2

    On-site study1–2 days

We come and watch how you actually work — how the till flows, how paperwork moves. This step decides whether the system feels right.

  3. 3

    Proposal and fixed price3–5 days

Feature list, price and timeline in writing. Once agreed the price does not move unless you add scope yourself.

  4. 4

    Development with weekly demos2–6 weeks

Every week you get a clickable version. Corrections happen that week rather than surfacing at the end.

  5. 5

    Launch and staff training1–3 days

We migrate your data, train staff on site and hand over the manual. One of our people is with you on day one.

  6. 6

    Warranty and ongoing supportcontinuous

A warranty period follows launch, then annual support if you want it. You can also take it in house — we hand over the full source code.

Delivery and support

Going live is the beginning, not the end

3-month warranty

For three months after launch every defect is fixed free of charge, with no cap on the number of requests.

Response within 4 business hours

Anything blocking trading goes first. You reach the person responsible on WhatsApp — no ticket queue.

Training and manual included

We train your staff on site and leave an illustrated manual, so new hires can learn it themselves.

Code and data are yours

Deployment on your own server is supported. If you want to move to another team, we hand everything over without artificial barriers.

FAQ

What clients ask most

Still have a question? Message us on WhatsApp — we usually reply within minutes.

How much does a system cost?

It depends on the feature set, how many locations you have and whether hardware integration is needed. Using a ready module costs significantly less than building from zero. We can give a range after the first conversation, and once the scope is agreed the price is fixed — we do not bill by the hour.

How soon can we start using it?

If the module is used largely as-is, 2–3 weeks. If it needs substantial adaptation to your process, usually 4–6 weeks. The timeline is stated in the proposal.

Where is the data stored? Can it be on our own server?

It can. By default the system runs on servers we maintain, which is simpler for you. If you have compliance or internal control requirements, we deploy entirely on your server or on a machine in your premises, and data never leaves your network.

Does it integrate with Kaspi?

We integrate the payment and acquiring methods commonly used here; what is possible depends on the interfaces the provider currently exposes. We confirm this during the proposal stage and write it into the contract rather than promising blind.

Our process is different from everyone else. Can the system change?

Yes. A ready module is a starting point, not a fixed frame — we adapt it to your process first, then go live. This is exactly why we insist on studying your operation on site.

Our staff are older and not confident with computers.

The interface is built around putting the three most frequent actions in plain sight. We train on site at launch and leave an illustrated manual. In practice staff pick up till and entry operations in half a day.

Who do we contact after launch?

Your project manager directly, over WhatsApp, with no ticketing system in between. Free during the warranty period, then under the support agreement.

Can we try it before deciding?

Yes. You can walk through a demo environment and run your normal working day on real data. Full payment is not required before development starts; the payment schedule is set out in the contract.

About us

We build systems that survive contact with real work

We are a development team based in Central Asia, building management software for local small and medium businesses. Working with gyms, restaurants and retail stores, we kept running into the same picture: foreign software is expensive, does not support local payments and has no Kazakh interface, while local alternatives often stop at a spreadsheet.

So we turned the most common needs in these industries into ready modules. They can be used as they are or reshaped around your process. We do not build features that look impressive and go unused — only the ones people open every day.
