Own delivery platform
Aggregators take a heavy commission and your customers along with it. This system builds your own loop: customers order from you, your couriers deliver, and the customer relationship stays in your database.
What it solves
Commission eats the margin
What you save per order on your own channel typically pays for the system itself within two or three months.
The customers belong to the platform
Phone numbers, addresses and preferences from every order stay in your database — the raw material for repeat business and loyalty.
Order status handled by phone
Customers see the order stage and the courier location themselves, and call volume drops noticeably.
Before and after
- Orders get copied back and forth between WhatsApp, phone calls and the aggregator
- The customer belongs to the platform; you do not even get a phone number
- The only way to find the courier is to call them
- After the aggregator commission there is not much left per order
- Every order arrives in one back office, with nothing to copy over
- Phone numbers, addresses and preferences stay in your own database
- Customers watch the courier on the map, and support calls roughly halve
- The saved commission pays for the system in two or three months

FAQ
We have no couriers of our own — does this still work?
Yes. Delivery can be handed to a partner courier service or covered by your own staff. The core value is that orders and customer data stay with you.
Why would a customer use our site over an aggregator?
Usually price and exclusive offers: the same dish is cheaper on your channel, or comes with an extra. The commission you save fully covers that discount.
How much does a system cost?
It depends on the feature set, how many locations you have and whether hardware integration is needed. Using a ready module costs significantly less than building from zero. We can give a range after the first conversation, and once the scope is agreed the price is fixed — we do not bill by the hour.
How soon can we start using it?
If the module is used largely as-is, 2–3 weeks. If it needs substantial adaptation to your process, usually 4–6 weeks. The timeline is stated in the proposal.
Where is the data stored? Can it be on our own server?
It can. By default the system runs on servers we maintain, which is simpler for you. If you have compliance or internal control requirements, we deploy entirely on your server or on a machine in your premises, and data never leaves your network.
