Booking and staff scheduling
The front desk spends half the day rescheduling by phone, and clients still fail to show up. This system lets clients choose their own slot, sends reminders automatically, and checks staff and room conflicts for you.
What it solves
Half the day goes to phone calls
Clients pick slots themselves and the front desk only handles exceptions. Bookings made in the evening or at the weekend no longer get lost.
A no-show is an hour wasted
A reminder goes out before the appointment and the client can confirm or reschedule in one tap. Venues that switch reminders on usually see no-shows drop noticeably.
Clashes discovered at the last minute
Leave, room occupancy and service duration all feed the calculation, so the system only offers genuinely free time.

FAQ
Will clients actually use it, or keep calling?
Both channels stay open. Younger clients adopt online booking first while the front desk enters phone bookings into the same system. Within six months online usually passes half of all bookings.
Can we put the link on Instagram?
Yes. The booking page is its own link — it can go in an Instagram bio, a WhatsApp status or a 2GIS listing.
How much does a system cost?
It depends on the feature set, how many locations you have and whether hardware integration is needed. Using a ready module costs significantly less than building from zero. We can give a range after the first conversation, and once the scope is agreed the price is fixed — we do not bill by the hour.
How soon can we start using it?
If the module is used largely as-is, 2–3 weeks. If it needs substantial adaptation to your process, usually 4–6 weeks. The timeline is stated in the proposal.
Where is the data stored? Can it be on our own server?
It can. By default the system runs on servers we maintain, which is simpler for you. If you have compliance or internal control requirements, we deploy entirely on your server or on a machine in your premises, and data never leaves your network.
