Car wash management system
Most of the money at a car wash comes in through prepaid cards — but how much is left on a card, how many cars went through today and which bay is free, the owner has no idea unless he is standing there. This system puts bays, cards and shift close-out in one place: open your phone and you are looking at right now.
What it solves
Prepaid cards are a black hole
Cards are kept in a notebook and the balance is tracked with tally marks; get one wrong and there is nothing to prove it with. The system opens the card by plate or phone number, every deduction leaves a record, and the customer can check it themselves.
Nobody knows what was really taken today
Cash, Kaspi transfers and prepaid deductions all run together, and by handover none of it can be separated. The system splits revenue by payment method and by shift, and prints a close-out at handover.
Washer bonuses take until midnight to work out
Who washed how many cars, of what size, with which extras — at month end it means going through receipts until your eyes hurt. Every job ties to a bay and a washer, and the bonus accumulates in real time.

FAQ
Do we have to install plate-recognition cameras?
No. The simplest approach is the front desk typing the last four digits of the plate to pull up the file — zero hardware cost. If you already have cameras we will scope the integration separately, as an add-on.
Do prepaid cards work across a chain?
Yes. The balance is shared across sites, but each deduction is booked to the site where it actually happened, so site revenue and head-office reconciliation do not interfere with each other.
How much does a system cost?
It depends on the feature set, how many locations you have and whether hardware integration is needed. Using a ready module costs significantly less than building from zero. We can give a range after the first conversation, and once the scope is agreed the price is fixed — we do not bill by the hour.
How soon can we start using it?
If the module is used largely as-is, 2–3 weeks. If it needs substantial adaptation to your process, usually 4–6 weeks. The timeline is stated in the proposal.
Where is the data stored? Can it be on our own server?
It can. By default the system runs on servers we maintain, which is simpler for you. If you have compliance or internal control requirements, we deploy entirely on your server or on a machine in your premises, and data never leaves your network.
