Privacy notice

This site sets no analytics cookies and runs no trackers. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send through the enquiry form or the newsletter: a name, an email address, the text of your message.

We use that data to answer you, and for nothing else. It is never sold, rented or shared. Write to atelier@velvaar.com at any time to have your correspondence deleted.

Terms of sale

Orders are cut, sewn and dispatched from the atelier, usually within a week. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing together with payment.

Unused bedding in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, washed or slept-in linen cannot be returned. Defects in seams, buttons or elastics are covered by the 5-year guarantee and your two-year statutory conformity rights.
